Welcome to Chard Prep School, a beautiful, friendly independent school in the heart of Somerset. Chard is in many ways a traditional prep school but it also has a unique atmosphere, partly due to the fact that our children learn in a beautiful building rich in historical background, but also the high staff to pupil ratio means we bring out the best in every child.
