In September we held a very poignant Commemorative Assembly, reflecting on the wonderful, long life and reign of HM Queen Elizabeth II. The children read poems, spoke about her achievements, presented artwork and sang beautifully as we came together as a school community to reflect on the achievements of the Queen’s incredible life of service. Our younger pupils looked suitably regal in their carefully crafted crowns! A very fitting tribute to our wonderful Queen, ahead of the state funeral service which was held on Monday 19th September.
