We were treated to glorious weather on the last day of term as we were joined by families and friends for a fantastic afternoon of competition at our Prep Sports Day. The event demonstrated the effort, enthusiasm, determination and all round good sportsmanship shown by our Prep School pupils here at Chard with plenty of individual talent on show! The ice creams at the end of the afternoon certainly had been hard earnt! With the field events already completed prior to the event, the winning House overall was declared at our special Sports Day Assembly on June 7th. Congratulations to winning House, Raleigh and well done to all of our competitors!
