PRE-PREP MEDIEVAL DAY

Pre-Prep’s Medieval Day went with a gallop in October! All the children made hobby horses in the morning and jousted with them in the afternoon! They also played some medieval party games, including an old version of ‘pass the parcel’, along with ‘squeak piggy, squeak’ and tried out some skittles and target based activites outside, later on. The event was rounded off with a banquet in Monmouth Class, sampling fruits, seeds and a selection of meat on plates of bread, toasted with a glass of fruit juice. The day was arranged by the Pre-Prep teachers to support the children’s ‘Castle’ topic.
