Chard School Nursery is an independent day Nursery for children between the ages of 2 and 4 years old. All 3 and 4 years olds, from the term after they are 3, are eligible for local authority Early Years’ Funding.
Please note that our fees are inclusive of additional services, which other Early Years’ establishments may not offer. Termly fees for the Nursery for the academic year 2013/14:
Part-Time – Educational Nursery (Sessions 9am – 12noon and 12noon – 3.30pm)
2-4 sessions per week £16.75 per session
5-7 sessions per week £14.50 per session
8-10 sessions per week £13.50 per session
There is a 6% reduction in fees for a younger brother or sister once the younger sibling is in full-time education. For a third child, there is a 12% reduction, the discounts will only be applicable as long as all qualifying children from that family remain at the school.
Registration Fee (non-refundable): £50 Refundable deposit: £200 (payable when a child enters Year 1 and above and refunded when the pupil leaves minus anything owing to Chard School)
Fees are charged per term, and are payable in advance on or before the first day of each term.
If a pupil is withdrawn from the School, a term’s notice, in writing, must be given. Failure to do so will result in a term’s fees being charged.
