Monday 25th November – Friday 29th November

Message from the Friends:

7 days and counting … our Christmas Extravaganza will soon be here!  Please keep an eye on all notice boards for additional information this coming week.

Raffle Prizes – please put your name to the donation list on the main notice board and deliver your prizes to the Cerdic Room on Friday 29 November.  Raffle tickets should be returned to the office as soon as possible with the appropriate payment.  Our star prize is a Kindle Fire HD and our second star prize is 3 month’s membership at Cricket St Thomas Leisure Centre starting in January 2014.

Christmas Cake Raffle – the squares will be for sale in the playground every morning and afternoon this week – £1 a square.  Let’s see if we can fill the grid by Friday!

Chard School Merchandise – please have a look at the window opposite the notice board at the entrance gate.  Tea towels, bags and trolley tokens will be for sale on the day of the Fair.  If you cannot attend the Fair, contact friends@chardschool.co.uk with your request.

Toys and Books – Mrs Tweedale will be running her very popular toy and book stall in the Dining Room.  Please deliver all donations to the Cerdic Room.  Items should be of a good quality or nearly new.

Calling all buskers – Mr Pearson and Mr Rossiter will be running the busking corner in the cafe.  Bring your instruments along and have some fun.

Thank you
