Monday 24th June – Friday 28th June

A Note from the Friends:

We are delighted to announce that our Summer Fair raised a profit of £2020 once expenses had been deducted.  Thank you again to all concerned.  This will make a fantastic legacy to the school and we will work with Mrs Bruce and the staff on where the money can best support our children in their educational needs.

The Bags2School has raised £165.  We will continue to do this every term as it seems a popular and easy way to raise funds.  Thank you for your donations.

The sign-up sheet for the Girl’s Night Out on Thursday is on the main notice board.  Les Miserables will be showing and we hope that even if you have seen the film before, you will come again as it is a great social event and a good fund-raiser.  Tickets are £5 at the door and you will have a free coffee or tea and a sweet treat!

The Second Hand Shop will be open on Monday 1st July at 8.40 am.

Finally the Friends are looking for volunteers to make cakes and serve tea after prize giving on Tuesday 16th July.  Please let us know if you can lend a hand by emailing friends@chardschool.co.uk.
