Monday 14th October – Friday 18th October

Message from the Friends:

Our AGM was held last Thursday.  The Minutes of the AGM in January were approved along with the accounts which had been independently examined prior to the meeting.  Your Committee was re-elected.  The Chairman and Treasurer’s Report and accounts will be put onto the school website.  The date of the next Friends Committee Meeting will be Monday 4 November at 9 am.

Apologies for the look of our notice board by the Dining Room but we have had a problem with condensation which hopefully has now been rectified.  Please continue to keep an eye on the board for notices of future events and requests.

We are still waiting for some parents to send in their slips and payment for the Panto.  Although the return date was 21st October, it would be useful if we could have the final 20 responses back ASAP so that we can confirm numbers with the theatre and the coach company.

If you are interested in having a table at the Christmas Fair, the cost is £15.  Please put your request in ASAP to friends@chardschool.co.uk.
