Job Title: EYFS/Yr 1 Class Teacher

  • Required from February half term 2018
  • Full Time
  • Salary based on experience

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated teacher of the Early Years, who would relish the opportunity to teach a EYFS/Yr 1 Class within our unique Independent Day School.

The role will involve the creative planning, teaching and assessment of the children’s needs, contributing to the Pre-Prep team, managing TA’s, developing parent partnerships, facilitating transition arrangements, working closely with the onsite Nursery.

Successful candidates must: – 

  • Be excellent EYFS/Yr1 fully qualified teachers with a sound knowledge of the EYFS and Yr1 Curriculum
  • Have a positive proven track record in raising attainment and accelerating progress for EYFS/ Yr1 children
  • Be good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be flexible in their approach and a positive team player
